Disable FireFox Extension Compatibility checker
March 6, 2008 on 4:07 am | In Application, Beta, Firefox | No CommentsIf you really want to use an extension but it happens to fail the version checker, you can tell FireFox to disable the version compatibility checking by
type
about:config
into URL bar
right click and add boolean
extensions.checkCompatibility
give the value “false” and restart FireFox
Be careful to only enable only the exntension that you really need to minimize the adverse effect.
